About cost: the package cost depends on the add-on items you select, whether imaging requires contrast enhancement, and whether additional anaesthesia is needed. We provide an itemised cost list for your confirmation before the examination, based on the written quotation given at booking. A check-up is screening in nature; results do not replace a clinical diagnosis.

Service process
Employee health data is sensitive personal data. The hospital handles it in accordance with personal-data protection regulations and cross-border transfer consent requirements. The employer receives only aggregated statistics; individual reports are delivered directly to each employee.

Yes. Blood tests and abdominal ultrasound generally require fasting for 8–12 hours; avoid greasy food and alcohol the night before. For painless endoscopy the fasting requirement is stricter — we provide a full preparation list when confirming your booking.
Most test items are reported the same day or the next day; pathology or special tests take longer. The overall report is usually completed within 3–7 business days. We can arrange an on-site doctor's explanation, or a video call after you return home.
When explaining the report, the doctor will flag the items that need follow-up and can arrange a consultation with the relevant specialty inside the hospital — one of the main advantages of doing a check-up in a general hospital. You can also take the report back to Hong Kong or your place of residence for follow-up by a local doctor.
Basic and standard check-ups can usually be done as a same-day round trip; allow a full morning. For advanced check-ups or painless endoscopy, anaesthesia observation is required, so we recommend staying one night in Guangzhou. We can help arrange a partner hotel near the hospital.
Yes. Cantonese and English accompaniment is a standard service; Arabic and Korean require advance booking. Please tell us your preferred language when booking.
