FAQ

Contact and booking FAQ

The online form is usually answered within one business day; WhatsApp is usually answered promptly during outpatient hours. If your situation is more complex and needs a specialist team to review your records, a reply may take 1–3 business days.

Yes. That is our standard process. We first understand your condition and needs, provide a written treatment recommendation and cost range, and only arrange the bed and schedule after you confirm. Enquiries and assessments are free of charge.

Not at all. We provide Cantonese, English, Arabic and Korean support, including telephone communication, video consultations and in-hospital escort. Please tell us your preferred language when booking and we will assign the right staff.

We collect only the necessary data required for medical services and carry out cross-border transfer only after obtaining your explicit consent. Data is accessible within the medical purpose only to the relevant hospital departments and consulting specialists, and is not provided to unrelated third parties. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time.

Please use the corporate group screening enquiry form or call the International Patient Line, stating the company or insurer name. A single B2B service window will handle the engagement, discussing group screening arrangements, direct billing and settlement.
